Andreas

Andreas is a seasoned optician with extensive experience dating back to 2005. Originally from Bavaria, Germany, Andreas is fluent in both German and English. He pursued his education in Ophthalmic Optics and Optometry at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, graduating in 2016. With work experience spanning Switzerland, Germany and Canada, Andreas brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team. He obtained his licenses as an optician and contact lens practitioner in Canada in 2024 and has been an integral part of Viewpoint since July 2023. Outside of work, Andreas embodies the active lifestyle embraced by many in the valley. You'll often find him cycling, running, hiking, canoeing or snowboarding. He also dedicates plenty of time to his energetic puppy, Bowie.
